When you place an order, we send you an immediate e-mail confirmation so you know we have received your order, we’ll then keep you updated on the progress of your order throughout.
Despatch and Delivery
Upon successfully processing your payment transaction your goods will be despatched, usually within 24 hours, depending on availability. This excludes weekends, holiday periods and UK Bank Holidays. During the very busiest months of December, January and February) it may take slightly longer to dispatch your items.
Postage prices are calculated according to size and weight of the total order. Most parcels are sent Royal Mail First Class, however other delivery methods may be used for larger orders or more valuable items.
Your goods can normally be expected to arrive within 2 days of despatch (excluding weekends, holiday periods and UK Bank Holidays). Larger or heavier items such as dartboards, mats or cabinets are usually sent via courier and therefore require a signature upon receipt. A180 Dart Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from postal or courier service providers, as these delays are entirely outside our control.
A small number of addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, as well as BT postcodes, may require extra postage costs to be paid. If this is the case we will contact you in due course.
Next Day Delivery
We do offer a Next Day Service for UK mainland customers. This service is provided by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD. For both services, in most cases, orders are delivered on the next working day (Monday-Friday).
We offer fast international delivery services at great rates. Please be aware that for all orders outside of the European Union, import duties and customs charges may be due. A180 Darts is not liable to pay these charges and we would advise customers to check their local tax regulations before placing orders. This will allow you to ensure that you are fully aware of any costs that may be incurred when the package enters your country. A180 Dart Supplies cannot be held responsible for any delays to international deliveries resulting from postal or courier service providers, as these delays are entirely outside our control. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery overseas.
Incomplete Orders or Faulty and Damaged Items
All shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
If there is a problem with any goods, please contact us immediately. We will handle the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Cancelling an Order, Exchanges and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to cancel your order. To do this, please contact us. You do not have to give us a reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. However, please feel free to contact us at any time when considering returning any product for whatever reason and we will endeavour to accommodate you. You must ensure that the goods are packaged sufficiently to protect against any damage. We highly recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded/insured service for returning any items as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will refund the cost of the goods, minus a £2 administration fee on darts and 20% on all other items, on satisfactory receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be received in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We will refund you using the payment method you used at the time of purchase, within 30 days of receiving your notice to cancel.
Any Personalised Item(s) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
